An official FTC event will be held on Saturday February 23rd, 2008 at Xavier High School in Appleton, WI.
This year the event will be held in the school's two gyms (one for the "pits" the other for the competition fields).
Appleton Wisconsin welcomes all FTC teams that seek a great day of competition. DATE: February 23, 2008
Event registration is limited to teams who have a valid FIRST team registration and issued team number. Teams may register with their temporary FTC team number, but priority will be given to teams with permanent numbers issued by FIRST. Registration with FIRST does not guarantee participation in the Wisconsin FTC Championship due to event capacity and registration deadlines. Wisconsin Championship Registration Fee: $50. Register now at (www.wirobotics.org) To register for the Wisconsin FTC Championship, click on the "register a new team" link on the left side navigation. You will need to know your Team ID number from FIRST. Enter the requested information, including a password. Please note your username and password. Next, log in to the wirobotics.org and click "Select an Event." You will only be able to register for the Wisconsin FTC Championship. Please note the payment information. Team registration for the Wisconsin Championship is "pending" until the competition registration ($50) and FIRST team registration ($275) fees are paid. Teams with unpaid fees after January 30, 2008 will be moved to a "wait list" at the discretion of the Wisconsin FTC Affiliate Partner. Teams must complete the FIRST Consent and Release Form - Download Form and turn them in during team check-in at the event. No team member without a form will be allowed to compete. Teams must also make sure that they have downloaded and are using the proper control templates for this years competition.
